Accommodation Rules

1) It is required to make reservation by phone or email in advance, paid in full in cash,in advance,
     immediately after settling in the room. The guest required to shows ID card or passport, and is
     written in the guest book.
2) Guest receives a key from the hut, and returns it to the owner before departure.
3) Guest will inspect the hut and pay the specified deposit.
4) The check in is the day of arrival from 15:00 hrs, the check out is on the day of departure until 10: pm.
5) The building is protected with alarm.
6) Cottages are equipped with sewage treatment plant and we ask guests to not throw garbage in the
    toilet, female sanitary towels, wet wipes and men's protection. For solid waste there is
    designated container prior to the main chalet.
7) Only adult person can put wood in to the fire place.
8) We ask our guests to take thrash bags outside before departure and clean fireplace and grill.
9) Please no noise after 22:00.
10) Any kind of damage done by guest must be paid for by guest.
11) Pets are permitted only in agreement with the owners of fishing villages.
12) Rules are our internal law and we thank you for their observance.
